Subscription & Cancellation Policy

FixMi subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected delivery frequency.

FixMi may cancel their subscription at any time prior to the next billing date by:
    •    Logging into their customer account, or
    •    Contacting our support team at info@fixmi.com &  Phone Number: 954-716-1175

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Failure to cancel a subscription before the billing date will result in the order being processed and shipped as scheduled.
